Information We Collect

When you request a quote or book a trip, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off details, and payment information. Our administrative system also reads trip-confirmation emails sent to our own business inbox from bus providers we work with, in order to keep our trip records accurate.

How We Use Information

We use this information solely to schedule, manage, and fulfill charter bus bookings, coordinate with drivers and providers, and process payments. We do not sell your information to third parties.

SMS / Text Messaging

With your consent, EZ Rides Luxury sends SMS text messages to drivers for trip assignments, pickup reminders, trip changes and cancellations, and one-time login verification codes for the driver portal. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help at any time. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email Access

Our administrative system connects to our own company Gmail inbox to read trip-confirmation emails and attachments from our charter bus providers. This access is used only to automate the creation of internal trip records and is never used to read, send, or share anyone else's email.
